These terms govern your use of VueJobs. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you're an employer posting jobs, please pay particular attention to the Employers section.
By accessing or using VueJobs ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, job seekers, employers, and any other users of the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
VueJobs is an independent job aggregation and listing platform focused on Vue.js and Nuxt.js developer roles. We aggregate publicly available job listings from third-party platforms and allow employers to post listings directly.
We do not act as a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employer of record. We are a technology platform that connects job seekers with employment opportunities. We are not party to any employment relationship between a job seeker and an employer.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure listings are relevant and accurate, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.

If you are posting or sponsoring a job listing on VueJobs:
Listings that are misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unrelated to Vue/Nuxt development will be removed without notice and without refund.
The VueJobs name, logo, design, and all original written content on the Site are the property of VueJobs and may not be reproduced without permission.
Job listing content aggregated from third-party platforms remains the property of the original poster and the platform it was sourced from. We aggregate this content in good faith for the purpose of helping developers find relevant employment opportunities.
The Vue.js name, Nuxt.js name, and their respective logos are trademarks of their respective owners. VueJobs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Vue.js or Nuxt.js core teams or organisations.
You may not use VueJobs to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Site and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
VueJobs displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are clearly distinguishable from job listings and editorial content. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking an advertisement may take you to a third-party website subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.
VueJobs does not accept payment from advertisers to influence the editorial content, listing rankings, or any other aspect of the platform beyond clearly labelled sponsored listing placements.
VueJobs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
We strongly recommend independently verifying any employer or listing before applying, sharing personal information, or accepting any offer of employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VueJobs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost earnings, loss of data, or failure to secure employment.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 (whichever is greater).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VueJobs at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the service. Employers who have purchased listings and are terminated for Terms violations will not receive a refund.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
